I will give the student homework each week in order to make sure they are practicing so they may progress in their studies. I will teach, along with vocal technique, basic piano skills and ear training skills that will be pertinent to those beginner and intermediate aspiring, professional vocalists. I use written materials including songs that have already been written by other composers, as well as my own etudes so that the lesson can be properly practiced. Depending on the individual student's technical ability and style of music they wish to learn, I write practice exercises specifically catered to them.
