After graduating from Hofstra University in 2014, I have had the opportunity to work in regional theatre and recording in and out of NY. I am currently an EMC working towards getting my Actors Equity union membership. I have the honor of having Broadway star Robert Cuccioli as a musical theatre acting coach, as well as renowned musical theatre coach Stephen Purdy. I started teaching in high school. I was a successful performer, so people started asking if I teach. I studied and took online classes to strengthen my musical and vocal knowledge as a 16-year-old. I started teaching and built a successful 20-person studio in California for two years. Because of my time at the Frost School of Music, I have built a studio in Miami as well. We set goals based on aspirations and ability. That said, my lessons are structured, but flexible, rigorous, but fun. I encourage regular practice times, include practice plans, and talk with students about how to practice. Frequently, students determine the flow of the lessons - what we emphasize or de-emphasize. We also talk quite a bit about what the student finds interesting. Whenever possible, I use this to fine-tune my teaching to keep student progress steady and satisfying. Read More

I also received a full scholarship to attend the Rubin Institute for Music Criticism. I earned my Masters of Fine Arts in Vocal Performance from the University of California, Irvine at the Claire Trevor School of the Arts where I sang the National Anthem for President Barack Obama at the school’s 50th Anniversary Celebration. At UC Irvine, I received critical acclaim for my portrayal of Euridice in Gluck's Orfeo ed Euridice, and as the Soprano in Pergolesi's Stabat Mater. Read More
