My teaching experience began in college when I start teaching my first voice students in 2017. I have taught voice lessons to beginners who need help matching pitch. I have taught voice lessons to college students with varying performance backgrounds! I constantly strive to provide my students with a safe space so that learning can be as easy and fun as possible. For both voice and guitar, I begin with evaluation of where the student is. I then discuss with the student to realize what their goals are, and why they want to progress in this field. I then assign daily exercises that the student can utilize to begin to build control and virtuosity with their instrument. My experience is part real world and part academic, I was a professionally touring Recording artist for 15 years. In that time I learned the in's and outs of the entertainment business and a passion for molding young and upcoming Singers into professional's.
