I am here for YOU, the students. The students make teaching music the best thing in all the world. It is what I love to do. Because of my years of experiences with having many different teachers teach me different training techniques, I have developed incredible, worthwhile, effective, and incredible techniques, methods, and skills with building your bow hold, left hand, bow arm, shifting, vibrato, and more that will help students improve in a matter of weeks, instead of months. So many students are encouraged to learn before they really have their own grasp of what music is to them. Getting in touch with the inner musician is important early on to allow development of the passion over time. It is very important to me to make music fun while also emphasizing it's rewards. I love to see students grow and I love to encourage whatever path that it follows. Read More

I am teacher for about twenty years. I love challenges and exploring new possibilities. I like to motivate my students by giving them various music material to play. This way the student achieves playing different music songs/pieces within shorter period of time. However, if some student needs to concentrate on a single piece for an extended amount of time-then I make sure that we work on all details regarding to technique and melodic elements of this particular piece of music. What I have learned most in my time teaching is the importance of games, challenges, and performance opportunities to keep learning fun and to motivate students to strive for that next level. My musical career has led me to perform on vast amounts of stages in addition to working alongside countless students to further their own musical journeys. For the past five years I have had the privilege of studying under Professor David Bjella at the University of Central Florida; my time at UCF has allowed me to find a true passion for teaching. For beginning students who are children, I typically start with the Suzuki Method and playing by ear. Once the student has progressed to have a grasp of the fundamentals, I will begin to introduce solo repertoire on sheet music appropriate for their level of performance. It is important to stress the fundamentals of technique for my beginner students before just playing music. I like to incorporate music theory within their lessons, so not only are they able to hear a piece of music and can start playing but can also read sheet music that is put in front of them. Read More
