I graduated from the University of Massachusetts Amherst with a BM in Music Performance in 2016, and then from the Aaron Copland School of Music with an MM in Performance. My musical background began when at 7 yrs. old I was playing the piano with my mothers instruction. I became a self taught student in brass and piano and later was accepted as a Music major to West Chester University. During HS I became known as a trumpet soloist in Regional and State Bands and in the Salvation Army brass program a cornet soloist. Teaching is the organizing or guiding of a process in which students learn. Teaching is there so students can learn. I began teaching trombone at Andys Music located in Livingston NJ in the early 2000s and later private in home instruction. I give the tools for the student to become a better player and to build confidence. If the student is participating in the schools music program I help them prepare for stage band performances or recitals.
