I fell in love with teaching! I find it very rewarding sharing my experinces with the students and helping them achieve their goals. In the summer of 2009, after my freshman year of college, started what would become an annual "pop-up" voice studio of 20-30 local students in my hometown who would take weekly lessons for the duration of the summer. My method is to find common ground with the student so that they can relax. Relaxation, emotional and physical, is very important for singing. After that, I teach breath support, vowels, style and languages. I speak 5 Western languages and some Mandarin Chinese. I enjoy showing how to use vowels within technique to be consistent and keep your voice healthy. I think how I teach is holistic, fun, and supportive.
