It is a wonderful book that teaches beginning theory and piano concepts at the perfect pace for adult students. As we progress through the book together, I begin to give pieces such as Clementis Sonatina in C (first movement). Ever since I was a child I had wanted to be a teacher. When I got to Central Piedmont Community College I focused on music education because I knew I wanted to teach music theory in college. After transferring to Wingate University I began studying choral music education because I was fascinated byhow the voice works and blends with other voices in a choir situation.
