I have been teaching drumset since 2004 and piano since 2012. I have taught at Mom's Music in Louisville, Kentucky and Ohio State University. I teach students from all ages and backgrounds and teach drumset at any level and piano from beginner level to intermediate. I performed in the school choir throughout my education and I also performed in my high school's concert band. My areas of specialty are rock, heavy metal and classical, though I have taught students the music of other styles such as rap, Christian pop, and country. Read More

I first started teaching guitar in high school after i got a few lessons from someone i looked up to in high school. From then on i have loved to teach music to all ages!. My longest student started at 12 and by time he was 17 years old i told him he would be having to teach me a few things soon. we became friends and were in a band together for a while until i moved south, i loved having that connection, and i hope to find plenty others like that. it makes me feel good knowing others are gaining from my teaching so i do my very best! I am a positive piano teacher and good with both children and adults. I use positive reinforcement that I learned from working with people with disabilities. I studied piano, theory and composition in college for three years and have studied with performing artists afterwards. I have worked with other professionals to compose a ballet and enjoy working with young people.
