Once we have this initial discussion, I begin to build the foundation for the lesson plan and my teaching. I use the techniques I've learned from my vocal teachers along the way, as long as my own ideas and perspectives on healthy, correct ways to sing your best. My personal preference is not to adhere too strictly to any one method however, instead focusing on the application of theory within a more active musical context.
