My love of teaching started when I was a counselor at a musical summer enrichment program back in 2020. I got to work with so many young performers with varying skill levels and aided them in discovering their voice and confidence. Since then, I have begun my own private vocal coaching business and became a singing/musical theatre teacher at All Stars Dance Center in Westfield, MA. I am passionate about teaching as well as performing. My night job includes performing as a classical pianist at Cavey's Italian Restaurant in Manchester, CT on Saturday nights every other month. I cater the lessons towards what the student wants while emphasizing the importance of fundamentals and theory. I incorporate songwriting and improvisation into my lessons, as well as songs the student wants to learn. I believe all students should be encouraged to be creative, while still maintaining a strong emphasis on fundamentals, thus leading to the creation of their unique musical style.
