I have taught privately on and off for 5 years now and I have taught all levels and at a variety of ages. No student is the same so in the past I have set out a path for each student dependent on what they want out of music and what interests they have. I believe in making lessons fun but at the same time I want my students to really go away from each lesson feeling inspired to practice and feeling like their time with me was well spent and they learned a lot. I have been teaching for years and I am so proud I had a chance to teach back in my country, in Finland and currently in the states. I do not have a specific method of teaching and sharing my knowledge m, as I think, as a teacher you find a new approach once you get a new student. Everyone is different. How they learn, have fun or feel comfortable can be different from one another. Read More
