My goal is to give my students the ability to self assess. They should be able to feel when they are singing correctly, without me always pointing it out. They learn these skills through scales, basic anatomy and physiology, physical exercises, visualization etc. I am kind, patient, supportive, and always do my best to uplift my students. During high school I was heavily involved in marching band and quickly took the position of Drumline section leader. This responsibility included writing cadences, organizing group practices as well as individual teaching. Currently, I am sponsored by SJC custom drums, who have made me 2 custom drum sets. I am a Detroit-native international multi-genre musician, vocalist, producer, composer, arranger, orchestrator, writer (librettist, lyricist), and show programmer. I also am a proud graduate of Grand Valley State University (GVSU) having obtained a B.S. in Art Politics with a focus on Curriculum Ethos.
