As a base, music is a body-mind experience. A lot of what makes music enjoyable to us has to do with our bodies and the natural way in which we react to rhythms and pitches. My teaching style points into the proprioception on how music impacts us. Although I have experience teaching both private, one-on-one lessons and group lessons in a classroom setting, I find that one-on-one lessons is the best way to learn. This allows students to go at their own pace and not have to feel rushed. Not to mention, it's way more enjoyable to learn when you have a patient teacher giving you support and motivation.
