I have worked in various music stores including Bill’s Music House in order to strengthen my knowledge and pedagogy of other wind instruments. My Student Teaching semester granted me the opportunity to work with elementary and secondary levels; starting beginners and working with students preparing for district band as well as college careers.  It was nice to work with this range in age and skill level, whether they were aiming for career goals or simply playing for fun! I now teach Elementary Vocal / General Music in Baltimore County Public Schools grades k-5. Nothing makes me happier than being able to teach my students and help them learn or enhance their ability to perform flute and understand the music they are sharing with others. I enjoy helping my students achieve more and continuously inspire them to become better musicians. Through regular practice and mentorship, I teach them to became independent and confident performers.
