I tend to start with any grip/technique issues and then expand on the student's vocabulary, building on what already feels comfortable to them. I have taught privately over the summer of 2014-2016 orchestral percussion and marching band. I am the current percussion director for Middletown High School. Along with that, over the summer I also teach the front ensemble for Washington High School. And am currently teaching front ensemble for Western Frederick Indoor Percussion.
