I was given a drumset when I was 9 and switched to drums full time when I was 11. After high school, I attended University of North Texas to pursue a Bachelor of Music degree in Jazz Performance. I have categories of students, from children who are trying to function in a band setting, to children who are trying to develop a musical or compositional talent.
