Oftentimes I tailor lessons that ive created in my past to create lesson plans for individual students. I oftentimes use action research methods in helping me determine whether or not the teaching method that is being used in the lesson is effective for the student receiving lessons. My first job out of college was teaching at a charter school where I saw all the students in the school for 9 week periods.
