Hello! My name is Eric, and I'm a multi-instrumentalist with the deepest history on trumpet. I began playing the trumpet at the age of 7, taking private lessons that I continued through high school with several wonderful teachers. I began playing in ensembles at the age of 9. I began playing the bass at 15, drums at 17, and guitar at 19. I now perform on all instruments. There are multiple singers and each of them sings in a different vocal range. The band has to, at each practice, transpose the key and chords of the song to whatever feels most comfortable for the singers. Now, I can't entirely trust in my ears because I don't know the songs very well, so I have to trust in my musicianship to get me through the session.
