My favorite piano method book for children is the Bastien Piano Basics Series. Alternately, I sometimes use the Faber & Faber Piano Adventures. For very young children (3-6) "My First Piano Adventure," a Faber publication, is my book of choice. For adults, I usually use Alfred's Basic Adult Piano Course, though sometimes I skip method books and play pieces picked by the student. Teens - healthy singing, belting, classical, musical theater and pop, best way to project and resonate, audition prep Adults- any genre, healthy breathing, resonance, projection, articulation, audition prep, performance polish beginning and intermediate piano are also something that I add to my studio offerings. Although I am a classically trained soprano, I have experience both singing and teaching Musical Theatre and contemporary styles of singing. I am open to helping my students achieve what interests them and makes them happy.
