For children and teens it is usually to feel confident singing, prepping auditions and performances. They usually have a lot of motivation and a willingness to take risks and know they are being taught in a safe space to explore. My high school and college choirs, under the direction of Robert Istad and John Tebay, have given me the opportunities to sing for performances at the Hollywood Bowl, Greek Theater, Staples Center, Nokia Theater, and the Honda Center.
