My teaching started in my undergrad, about 5 years ago when I was required to take a Vocal Pedagogy class as part of my major. From there I fell in love with teaching. I was able to expand on my love as a substitute teacher at Rabun Gap Academy in Rabun Gap Georgia in 2012. There I taught five girls ranging from 8-15. Parents are also encouraged to be involved in their students practice. The reason for this is that if the student is working towards a goal they have a motivation to keep moving forward.
