For Beginning students I have my own book. It focuses on learning a song to play, clapping the rhythm to that song while writing the music notes and making the connections from notes to piano keys. For String students I am comfortable in the 'Essential Elements' series, 'String Builder' series and 'All for Strings' methods as an excellent base with which to start.
