I try to provide a balance between structure and flexibility. The student and his or her well being is more important than the music, yet the music Fuels the lesson. My goal is that students walk out of their lessons feeling more uplifted and inspired than when they walked in. Music lessons are life lessons. The commitment to practice little by little to achieve a goal, the joy in improving step by step, the satisfaction of accomplishment, yet the challenge to continually get better...these lessons translate to all of life.
