I am a dedicated teacher who enjoys working with students of all levels. I graduated from the Hartt School of Music of the University of Hartford in 2013 with a Bachelor of Music degree in Vocal Performance. The operatic roles that I performed while at the Hartt School include Leila in Gilbert and Sullivan’s Iolanthe and The Strawberry Woman in Gershwin’s Porgy and Bess. Since graduating from the Hartt School, I have sung roles with Hartford Opera Theater in Hartford, CT as well as Haymarket Opera Company in Chicago, IL, among others. Read More

I am a graduate of The Manhattan School of Music, earning both my Bachelor and Master of music degrees. I have performed as a recitalist, in operas and as soloist with orchestra. I have performed locally and abroad, specifically the many Halls at Lincoln Center, The United States Capitol, and in the Rudulfinum Hall in Prague. I love performing and teaching. I began teaching 9 years ago while studying classical singing in college. My students have ranged from absolute beginners to intermediate level performers. I have helped students prepare for auditions, performances, and even a sung marriage proposal! It brings me great joy to see a student succeed vocally. They begin to understand that even though I am their instructor, we are working as a team and that my goals for them are directly tied to the goals they have set for themselves. I've taught for more than 6 years and I've worked with students of all age groups with a diverse range of experience. Having a classical technique is always beneficial for a clean sound. Most of the things we hear on the radio are filtered and shouldn't be forced out! I have worked with a wide range of stylistic choices and would love to assist students in exploring their capabilities.
