My teaching experience dates back to high school. I was a student leader in the marching band, serving as the woodwind captain for the marching band and the senior student conductor for the concert bands. With these positions, I was able to tutor peers and work on expanding my knowledge of teaching music. I graduated from Austin Peay State University in 2013 with a BS in Vocal Performance. I was in a world renowned children's choir back home in PR, called San Juan Children's Choir, for 10 years. My teaching experience started when I was in high school. Being a son of two teachers I was compelled to become a tutor. I was my first student. Teaching myself how to play the piano and gutiar. My father taught me methods of how to learn and thats what I use to teach. I gained more experience helping people write essays and do home work. I have a year of teaching Chorus in the Guilford public school system. I also have musical theater experience. I have also been singing in church my whole life and have held an interim minister of music position at East Belmont Church of God.
