I always aim to help my students produce a beautiful tone, while making sure they are not doing wrong physical movements that would make things difficult. For beginning students who are children, I usually would like to encourage them starts to play with little simple songs, likes many of songs they already can singing with. Once the student has progressed to have a grasp of the fundamentals, I will begin to introduce solo repertoire appropriate for their first recital performance.
