My students were often times older than me so I was forced to adapt fast and develop lesson plans that might not be "standard". My lessons focus on technique and musicality so the students can see their skill develop fast, and most of all they can have fun while learning due to my focus on musicality and focusing on the students favorite music to not only play but listen to. I provide piano lessons at my studio in North Quincy, Squantum and at students' homes. I have 10 years teaching experience of all levels and ages. I performed at international festivals in Norway, Hungary, Syria, Canada, Italy, and Israel. I performed three times at Carnegie Hall in New York City. Most recently, I played in concert halls of Scotland, South Africa, and in multiple states of the USA . As a result, I have developed a teaching method, which combines ‘awareness instruction method’, with basic teachings in music. My teaching style is very simple. We will begin by finding the interests of the student. Then we’ll identify what they like about the instrument and their basic knowledge. Once that is done, we’ll begin experimenting with different generes. And finally, we’ll create a plan that will allow them the chance to grow musically and fundamentally on the drums.
