I started my musical studies at the age of 4 singing in a Chorus. At age of 7 I started my violin studies and later Piano studies. Music has been my life since then, and I always strive to transmit that passion to my students. I have played all around the world, in Israel, Europe, South Africa and USA. With compassion and engagement, I seek to share my love of music with others. A violinist since age six, I initially majored in violin performance and later music education at Wichita State University, where I performed in the Wichita State University Symphony Orchestra. Highlights from my time here include performing with the band Kansas and with the St. Petersburg String Quartet at Carnegie Hall. I graduated from Yerevan State Conservatory with a Master's Degree as concert performer and teacher as well as received a diploma with the highest distinction as a concert performer and teacher for violin .While I studied at Yerevan State Conservatory,I was the first violinist of the Chamber Orchestra of Yerevan State Conservatory as well as the first violinist of Yerevan State Conservatory's Quartet.I then continued my Postgraduate Studies at Yerevan State Conservatory.I also received a Certificate from the International Academy D'Art Musical in Paris,France.In the International Festival "Semaines Musicales de Tours" I received the 1st Prize in 2000 and 2001.I have also received a number of diplomas from International Violin Competition in Italy,Poland,Finland and Switzerland. i like to do a lot of exercises at the beginning of the class at least 15 minutes the we start whit the songs in the singing classes , for the instruments i like to do some exercises an the work on the technical books the with songs that the student like to play and also some recommend, i love to given rewards like compliments or another song that they love to practice that give motivation for the student. i like to give them homework or something to study at home , because more practice faster learning. With young beginner string students, I typically will start with Hal Leonard's Essential Elements. After a few weeks of that, the student will have grasped the fundamentals. and then I will introduce the Suzuki method, supplementing with the O'Connor Method. For piano I generally will start with the Suzuki method and supplement with any songs the student is interested in learning. For Adults I try to find out what style of music the student is interested in, and how much experience they have and structure my lessons accordingly to keep the student engaged and ensure they are having fun! For beginning students, I teach them the basics first, and then simple and fun pieces that they can master.  For intermediate students, I start them on method books and more advanced techniques.  With advanced students, I help them refine their playing and personalize each piece that they learn. For beginner students of violin I always start with the suzuki method and alternate it with the "The new directions" method, while after 3 or 4 weeks I start with some repertoire according to how the student evolves. In the case of piano I start with John Thompson's methodology "Teaching little fingers to play", alternated with exercises of the book Junior Hanon for piano, I try to evaluate the student qualitatively before quantitatively at least once a month.
