I'm a musician, a music educator, and music researcher. I enjoy teaching and sharing my passion for music with students of all ages. I received my Bachelor of Music in Music Education from Furman University in Greenville, SC and received my Master of Music in Music Education from Boston University in Boston, MA. I'm a certified music educator in the state of South Carolina and Massachusetts. Another highlight was the win at the 2016 Renaissance International Competition in Armenia. In 2017, I became the winner of the Boston Symphony Orchestra concerto competition and made my Symphony Hall debut with the Boston Pops under Maestro Keith Lockhart. In 2021 and 2022, I had the honor of winning the Darius Milhaud Competition two years in a row. Among other venues that I had the opportunity to perform are Jordan Hall, Mixon and Kulas Halls, Boston State House, Milton and Newton Town Halls, the Bremen Holocaust Museum, Slosberg Music Center, Carnegie Halls Weill Auditorium, Nashua Community College, Walden Performing Arts Center, Museum of Our National Heritage, Armenian Museum of America, and others. My story in the music begins with the study of Venezuelan folk music. Later, as a violist, I was a founding member of the Youth Symphony Orchestra "Raimundo Pereira" (One of the Orchestras of "The Sistema") in Venezuela. I studied lyrical and popular song with Masters William Alvarado and Inés Feo La Cruz. I have two records production, the first, named Por el Medio Oriente, it is a musical project that fuses the sounds and rhythms prevalent in Middle Eastern music and culture and the second named Preludio y Coda, a romantic CD.
