Oftentimes I tailor lessons that ive created in my past to create lesson plans for individual students. I oftentimes use action research methods in helping me determine whether or not the teaching method that is being used in the lesson is effective for the student receiving lessons. Each child is different so with careful evaluation of their specific needs and abilities, I decide on which approach would best fit that student.
