Every student requires a uniquely tailored teaching style, but also they possess a unique set of strengths and "weaknesses" that will be addressed. Nothing is more rewarding than seeing one of my students develop a passion for playing trumpet. Therefore, it's important that each student progresses at his or her own pace. I encourage this by setting realistic goals for my students at each lesson. Acknowledging accomplishments helps fuel a students desire to progress, and makes students eager to learn more. By trying to find out what inspires the student, I can successfully tailor my instruction to their wants and needs. Read More

I evaluated the student's instinct on the piano at the first lesson to decide which material is good for them. I will encourage them to find the music they want to play, more importantly, I will adjust the music to their level so they can enjoy it more. Read More
