I started teaching in 2009 in Mississippi. I taught 6th grade band (beginner), 7th grade band, and high school. I taught in Mississippi for 5 years and just recently moved to Tennessee. While teaching, I've given private lessons to some of my students after school and to some students who did not attend my school. I am a recent college graduate who specializes in classical saxophone, but has experience in all genres including jazz and rock. I have taught private lessons for several years, and my students have achieved the highest honors at regional and state festivals. Recently, I performed as featured soloist with the Minot Symphony Orchestra, playing Jaques Ibert's Concertino da Camera.
