Upon learning the basics of how to hold the violin and the bow is learning how to read music and sing music. My lessons will focus on the fundamentals of singing in order to provide healthy vocal technique and a beautiful tone. It is extremely important in all genres for singing to have support, be able to use breath properly and have an understanding how of use the voice as an instrument properly to acheive a beautiful tone. For voice students, depending on age and musical genre, I will work with the student on healthy singing by good breath control, releasing any tension and learning how to articulate words without interfering with vocal production. I also hold full time music teacher position at a high school as well as an after school piano teacher at an elementary school. In 2018, I graduated from the Royal Academy of Music in London, and continued with my MA in music education from Columbia Univsersity from 2020-21. I am enthusiastic about music of different genres; in 2015 I performed with the English pop band Cat's eyes in the Buckingham Palace, in 2016 I performed renaissance music in BBC radio 3, and I am passionate to share my love for all kinds of music with students.
