Piano Lessons in Bridgeland, TX

Instruments: Piano

The first lessons usually pass by understanding the student's perception of music and defining the basic building blocks of music. The piece selections progress in parallel with the person's technique and knowledge of music theory. I find the entrance to the methods considered essential in classical piano education suitable for children and young people preparing for exams. adults can freely choose what they want. With Beyer and Czerny books, which are considered as the beginning works of classical piano education, we prevent the possibility of the student's being overwhelmed with more than one source while improving the musical notation perception and technique. I believe in the philosophy of and empty cup. My lessons are not built for me to tell the student what to do, but rather learn how they learn and research the best practices for reaching that student. There is no "cookie cutter" method that works for all students, because everyone learns and comprehends a little bit differently. I remain sensitive to that and patient with my students. It always gets me when a student that is stuck on a part of their music finally understands and performs the passage perfectly. Read More

MyBoth my instrumental and vocal students have fun, but work hard and learn lots! Read More
