I have been studying these four methods quite some time now and understand not only the instruction on the page but the purpose of the excercise itself. My biggest reward is seeing my students passionate about their voice, their instrument, their music. I focus a lot on understanding music from the piano so I feel very happy when they can demonstrate good musicianship skills in challenging settings. Also they should get different musical instructional books. I will teach all my students how to read and write music. Very important. I started teaching music, right from the start while I was studying at the conservatory. I Started with private lessons to students who were the novice. Later I realized that teaching was also helpful to me, as it helped me in my daily practice. I like teaching kids, especially when they discover jazz improvisation.
