I am a patient teacher who enjoys working with students of all ages. I played tuba, euphonium, and bass trombone in every ensemble in college and spent time on as the principal player in the top ensemble on multiple instruments. I obtained my Master’s degree in 2016 and immediately began teaching elementary school music. For more advanced students, I focus on the mastery of scales, technique, intonation, and sound production. I like to use the Andersen etude series, but this will vary from student to student.
