My teaching style really focuses around developing a love for your instrument. If the student loves their instrument and the music that is written for their instrument, they will feel encouraged to practice. I approach teaching in the perspective of a student. What I would like to learn. How much fun will it be to learn that specific technique. How long will it take me to learn that technique. And after I've learned it what can I do with that technique to impress my friends and family. As an instructor I enjoy helping to facilitate the spark of wonder. In my Students because I know once they have that spark ignited they will want to continue to learn different styles and genre. Read More
