I have been heavily involved with this choir for a total of 5 years, and I was appointed as Section Leader for the Sopranos for one term, which meant hard work and dedication almost paid off back then. I usually work with Bastien Technique. I like the way the book is organised. In addition I give pieces for them to learn, according to their difficulty.
