I am an honest and reliable music professional who loves classical music, folk songs, and musical theater. I participated in a youth musical theater company for nine years in my youth. I performed with a traveling show choir for five years at dozens of public festivals and events and we even performed at Disney! I have been in love with music for as long as I can remember! Growing up under the impression of my father, who was always involved in playing instruments and singing from a young age, you could say that it is in my DNA. From 2003-2011, nearly my entire primary school education, I was trained in music theory, music performance in orchestra and voice, and singing for the stage. Over the years I have accumulated various awards and recognition including Superior ratings in sight reading on double bass, outstanding vocal performance from the Miami Conservatory of Music, and performing alongside the county's best in the Miami Dade Honor's Orchestra. Too much discipline and not enough fun and creativity could result in the student feeling stressed out or unmotivated. I teach all levels and all ages but I love teaching the little ones. I use a lot of games in my teaching to make piano learning fun.
