In my teaching I make sure that my students never feel overwhelmed or confused by the material.  I give them reasonable assignments based on their skill level and make sure to give them reasons for everything they are doing.  I always try to help my students achieve little accomplishments in every lesson. My professor hired me as a teacher for the class which we opened in the community. At the end of semester, the university paid me for teaching.
