Overview:

Education is the only tool we have to create a better society, and a passionate and educated musician can have a significant impact on her social circle. When I graduated from high school, my nation's first institution of higher education in music was formed. I received my degree from this college as a professional guitarist while also pursuing a career in jazz arrangements and composition. I began working on it when I joined the faculty at this College in 2008. I taught there for more than ten years, at one of the most prestigious music schools in Argentina. Throughout my career as a music professor, I was frequently tasked with this academic duty of instructing varied and distinct student groups. Additionally, I have performed as a musician and artist on tour in Colombia, Belgium, Brazil, Chile, and Uruguay. Due to my established career as a teacher, I am compelled to organize teaching activities during my concert tours. As a result, I provided music workshops and courses in those nations at universities, colleges, concert halls, and other venues.

EXPERIENCE

I started teaching guitar and music 28 years ago. I've written and published four instructional guitar music books as a result of my love of teaching. I have ten years of experience teaching music at the Technological Institute of Contemporary Music, where I honed my teaching skills and gained valuable insights into effective music education. I have served as a musical director, allowing me to understand the intricacies of organizing and leading musical performances. My experience as a composer and producer in 7 albums with original music released, and as a music columnist at the Latin American music industry magazine has provided me with a unique perspective on the music industry and an ability to inspire creativity in my students.

METHODS USED
My passion and dedication for teaching led me to design a highly successful personal method, which both the beginning learner and those with a more advanced level will discover in my own notes, the answer to what will lead them to develop and grow artistically with the guitar. I also use methods and books from Hal leonard, Mel Bay and Alfred publications, as part of the contents if necessary for the development of the lessons. For adults, I try to find out what the student is interested in, and guide my instruction accordingly to keep the lessons engaging and fun, no matter their ability level.
LESSON STYLE

Nothing is more rewarding than seeing one of my students develop a passion for music! Therefore, it's important that each student progresses at his or her own pace. I blend elements from various styles and methods to create a personalized learning experience for each student. This approach allows flexibility and adaptation to the student's interests and goals. I will often tailor my approach to meet the individual needs of each student, combining elements from different styles as necessary to facilitate learning and engagement.
