All levels of voice are welcome in my studio! For beginners I generally begin with giving the basics of how the voice functions and focus on breathing for singing. Then we ease into vocal exercises. After the first few lessons we move on to singing a simple song. I encourage the student to bring in music they like and would like to sing. I begin teaching every student with the same vocal exercises to strengthen the voice and then we discuss different styles and how the voice can change stylistically but not technically. Read More

Beginners are encouraged to take private lessons, but group lessons as well as parent lessons in conjunction with the beginner Suzuki Philosophies are available upon request. Ear Training lessons are offered to students with at least 1 year of playing experience.
