Hi! My name is Martina and I am a classically trained violist. In May of 2013 I received a Master of Music from Roosevelt University, where I studied with Lawrence Neuman of the Chicago Symphony. I then usually work on scales, technique and etudes, and then work on any major repertoir that may have been assigned. I then finish by setting goals for the week, and answering any further questions. I a very upbeat and engaging teacher, and I am not afraid to adress problems head on. I find it important to both acknowledge accomplishments and use effective criticizm.
