When beginner students start lessons with me I generally use a Lesson Book and eventually a Technique Book and soon after some kind of Theory Book to learn behind the music. For the lesson book for beginners I like to use the Alfred's Series, which has all kind of levels of beginning piano whether you are 4 years oldup toadult.
