After completing both my Bachelor's and Master's degrees at that school, I continued with my doctoral studies at Cornell University. There, I continued to teach music theory and aural skills classes, and taught beginner music students the fundamentals of notation. After my graduation in 2015, I went on to become Assistant Professor of Music at the Conservatory of Ipek University, in Ankara, Turkey. I am a patient and caring instructor who loves working with students and sharing the passion I have for music. In 2009, I graduated with a Bachelor of Arts degree in Music Education.
