Instead, I have a highly flexible teaching style, which allows me to meet a student's individual needs for lessons. I take the time to learn about my students' learning preferences and create new ways to teach material that will make more sense for them. For those students studying improvisation, I present basic theory, scale types, melodic and rhythmic motifs, phrasing, playing over chord progressions and other aspects of musicianship.
