I fell in love with music at a young age, and I fell in love with teaching when I was in high school. I have taken a flute pedagogy class at my undergraduate, Gettysburg College and a woodwind and brass method class during my graduate studies at The Longy School of Music. I have much more experience performing and participating in summer flute masterclasses. In 2009, I moved to the east coast to continue my education at William Paterson University.
