This school has now grown to be the birthplace of many great young Swedish musicians, included myself. Already working on pro-gigs in Sweden, I made a different choice than most of my friends. Instead I decided to move, by myself, from Sweden to Los Angeles and become a professional drummer. When I moved to LA, I was in dire need to get a gig. Let me tell you. I try to adapt my teaching style to however I see the student (or peer) is most effective in learning. Some people are more chart based, and like the bars written out in time so they can follow it in a more technical manner. Some have a hard time reading music, so they go off of feel.
