I can teach many instruments that I have taught myself how to play well and efficiently. I play in many bands and I am always learning new styles of music. My best instruments are Piano, Bass, Drums, Ukulele, Guitar, Percussion, Harmonica, Recorder, Tin Whistle, Mandolin and also Trumpet. My secondary instruments are everything else. I can fool around on Violin, Cello, Banjo and Trombone as an amateur. I could blow into a Saxophone, Flute, Clarinet, French Horn and probably anything else I can get my hands on, but I would not feel comfortable teaching them yet because I don't have enough time in the world to learn them and figure out how to play them myself and get as good as I can on those instruments. For the older students I love to help get them into bands and open jams so they can experience playing live in front of a crowd and with other musicians. I love teaching and playing all styles of music from Jazz, Metal, Rock, Latin, Rap, Reggae, etc. When I'm not teaching I am traveling with various bands around the country and playing on major music festivals. Once students have the fundamentals together then we would play songs that they like and find interesting in and we would play those songs by ear. No matter what level they are in.
