I wholeheartedly love the act of writing and performing music. It is what brings me peace and it is what has lead me to the most beautiful places and experiences in my life. Sharing the knowledge that I have acquired as an artist is the ultimate way I can pay respects to the gift I've been blessed with and would love to inspire others to pursue or just enjoy for themselves! I'm a self-taught drummer whose influences are very broad, from '80s Hair Metal to '90s Grunge to punk and country, classic rock, hip-hop, heavy metal, blues, funk, even bluegrass. The only styles I don't play or teach (that are popular) are screamo, death metal (no blast beats here), and jazz. I'm good with just about anything else and can always teach the basics from beginner to advanced. Read More

I have had a good amount of performance and education experience, and look forward to passing the torch onto other ambitious, aspiring musicians. I have taught at two private music lesson agencies, one called Music Maker where I taught Brass in Anaheim Hills, as well as AMI music in Brea, CA where I taught beginner guitar. I have always had fun learning and making music, so to help someone else do the same is my primary objective. Read More

I have been teaching music lessons since I was a child when I started teaching my sisters how to sing. I have always enjoyed connecting with people through music and watching them blossom from the inside out. I have been a touring musician since I was 17 years old. I have many live performace, recording, live radio and TV performances and interviews that give me a wealth of knowlege to share with students that are aspiring Rock Star's to be. Read More

I am a musician at the heart of it all. Ever since I was a youngin' I've always had a melody or beat going in my head. I started playing guitar at age 11 and took lessons for about 6 months. After that most everything was self taught or came from experience with playing with others. I picked up drums about age 14 and am very comfortable and confident on both instruments 13+ years later. For beginning students who are young, I usually start with just a snare drum. Learning stick holding and striking technique, and then move onto adding pieces of the drumset to play on. From there, I go onto introducing learning note values, and drum music reading. For adults, I may start the same way, but also discuss what they would like to focus on. I really like to imply the fundamentals of contemporary music, and what is typically used on well known recordings. Read More

Music brings me a lot of joy, and I hope to impart that to my students! It takes time and effort to gain mastery of an instrument, but the resulting freedom and fulfillment of being able to play and enjoy music are more than worth it. It was during high school that I started to teach piano, and my love for teaching music has only grown since then. I love teaching students of all ages, abilities, and backgrounds. Read More
